The founder
Led by Monica Verde, LISW-CP.
Monica is a licensed clinical social worker, EMDR-certified clinician, certified addiction counselor, and the founder of Reclaim Healing.
A first-generation, trilingual clinician. English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She has spent her career creating spaces where culture is celebrated and seen, and where therapists can stop translating themselves to belong.
The Cultura Society is the room she wishes she'd had earlier in her own practice. She built it for the next generation of Spanish-speaking therapists.

Things therapists ask first.
Currently, The Cultura Society is open to all licensed Spanish-speaking therapists. As the circle grows, cohort composition may evolve. Applicants will always know exactly what they are joining.
The $500 initial investment is non-refundable. The remaining investment is either pay in full of $2,500 or monthly payments of $250 across the year.
This is built for therapists who already speak Spanish and want to grow their clinical confidence in it. You do not need to be perfect. You need to be willing to do the work in Spanish.
Plan for the weekly 90-minute mastermind call, a monthly 1:1, and light community engagement, with a built-in integration week off each month so the year is sustainable.
